Dr. Lack and her veterinary practice are competent, knowledgeable, and confident with handling large dogs. I am very pleased with how fast she is able to get blood work done on my dog, making it a more pleasant experience for him. She understands animals, and is patient and kind to my dog as if it was her own. I really appreciate with how soft spoken and kind her and the staff are with my dog.
